Chase has been an employment litigator since 2016. Nothing makes him happier than getting great results for clients who have been wronged by their employers, whether in a case for discrimination, unpaid wages, sexual assault, or one of the many other Yezbak Law practice areas. Let him help you win.

Prior to joining Yezbak Law Offices, Chase completed two federal judicial clerkships. Chase first clerked for Hon. Bernice B. Donald of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and later for the Hon. William O. Bertelsman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Additionally, Chase is a published author. During his third year of law school and his clerkship with Judge Donald, Chase co-authored two law review articles with sitting judges. The first, entitled The Forgotten Rule: Rule 16.2(e) of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure, Chase co-authored with Arkansas trial judge John N. Fogelman. It was published in Volume 66 of the Arkansas Law Review. The second, entitled Not Your Father’s Legal Profession: Technology, Globalization, Diversity, & the Future of Law Practice in the U.S., Chase co-authored with Judge Bernice Donald. It was published in Volume 44 of The University of Memphis Law Review. Chase remains very grateful to Judges Donald and Fogelman for those opportunities to collaborate on matters of scholarship.

After his clerkships, Chase entered private practice in Memphis, Tennessee, where he litigated ERISA claims in a variety of courts nationwide. Chase eventually left private practice to represent employees in discrimination cases as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He returned to private practice full-time when he began working for Yezbak Law Offices in November 2018.

In his free time, Chase enjoys seeking out good food and wine; traveling the United States and beyond to see live music, mostly bluegrass and improvisational rock; playing golf; and spending time with his niece and nephew.
