Chuck founded Yezbak Law to get extraordinary results for ordinary people. Since 1998, he and his team have fought to recover unpaid wages, battled unlawful discrimination, and wrangled justice for victims of sexual harassment and assault. His significant experience litigating large collective- and class-action cases ranks him among the top wage-and-hour lawyers in the country. Chuck and his firm also excel when representing individuals and small groups of employees. Although proud of his many seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements, Chuck is most proud to maximize his clients’ recoveries, regardless of the size of the case. Chuck has represented all types of workers, from day laborers and immigrants being exploited by unscrupulous employers to C-Suite executives negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts and everything in between. Factory workers, restaurant workers, mortgage brokers, doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers, retail workers, truck drivers, and workers in the entertainment industry have all placed their faith and their cases in Chuck’s hands. And he delivers.
His results include:
Chuck’s peers have recognized him as a Super Lawyer in the category of “Labor and Employment Law” every year since 2010. He has also been included in Best Lawyers in America in the category “Litigation – Labor and Employment” every year since 2013. He has been selected by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Nashville and Top 100 Attorneys in Tennessee. In 2021, he was honored as the Lawyer of the Year for “Employment Law – Individuals” in Nashville.
