Charles Yezbak founded Yezbak Law in 1998 to help employees. Our focus remains employee rights. We primarily assist individuals and groups of employees recover unpaid wages and overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).


Over the past twenty five years we have successfully helped thousands of workers recover backpay for minimum wage and overtime pay violations in a variety of industries including restaurants, hospitality, landscaping, call centers, sales, and manufacturing, and construction.
